How you can help
IIn October 2016 Beauty for a Cure will be hosting a month of events including our 8th Annual Cut-a-Thon at Top Cuts Salon and our Lax for Hope Tournament. 100% of all proceeds from these events go directly to Breast Cancer Coalitions across Long Island.
Since 2009, Beauty for a Cure, LLC, has donated 100% of our proceeds, which totaled over $250,000, to the Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition, Long Beach Cancer Coalition, West Islip Breast Cancer Coalition, and Lean on Me Breast Cancer Network (all 501c3 organizations). These coalitions provide services directly to the individuals battling the disease. Whether it is hiring a cleaning service, providing a ride to the hospital, putting food on the table, or even purchasing a prosthetic device, these fabulous coalitions lend a helping hand to woman across Long Island, NY.
We cannot do this alone. We have only been able to accomplish our goal with the help of generous contributors such as you and your organizations. Your help and support with our upcoming event would go a long way to make this year better than ever! Whatever form your support takes; sponsorships, gift certificates, products, raffle prices, or merchandise we can use the day of our event, your help is invaluable. We would truly appreciate a tax deductible donation to help people who are struggling with their fight. In order to make our events successful we ask that all donations are received by September 1st 2016.
